This custom-built Nantucket vacation rental is located just off the top of Main Street and next to the Madaket Rd bike path. This rental has a great outdoor living space and features a beautiful mahogany deck with a seating area and grill, the perfect spot to hang out after a long day at the beach. The bus stop is located near the property and is very convenient to take to the beaches or downtown. New heated in-ground pool, fire pit with lounge seating and sun chairs and outdoor shower for 2021 season. All showers are complete with Beekman 1802 luxury organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Sonos surround sound throughout the common areas. Custom floor to ceiling shiplap throughout the common spaces.
First Floor
The state of the art kitchen has custom cabinetry, Thermador appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island with seating. The sun-drenched dining area has a built-in banquet and sits eight to ten people. There is a custom-built wet bar complete with a sink and beverage refrigerator. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a gas fireplace. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room has a twin over full bed with a trundle bed underneath and an ensuite bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Second Floor
The second floor has two guest bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a queen bed. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with double vanity and a combination tub/shower.
Lower Level
The lower level has an entertainment area with a wrap-around couch, 75" Television, wet bar, and a cozy reading nook and a six-seat dining table. The guest bedroom on this level has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower. There is an additional washer and dryer on the lower level. Accessible from the first floor or through a private outside entrance.
