Located in Naushop, this is the perfect setting for your summer vacation Located a short drive to Surfside Beach and close to mid-island conveniences via the Old South Road bike path. The Naushop community also features a pool, tennis courts and a playground for those staying in this family friendly neighborhood.
First Floor
This rental property has been newly renovated kitchen with the following updates for the 2016 season: New refrigerator, sink, counter tops, back splash and under counter lighting. All brand new Cuisinart pots and pans, blender, food processor, microwave and coffeemaker. The family room is off of the kitchen and includes a 50" flatscreen television and doors leading out to the back patio. The dining room has seating for ten with Restoration Hardware table and chairs. There is also a formal living room, laundry closet with new Samsung washer and dryer and a powder room.
Second Floor
Master bedroom with a king sized bed, flatscreen television and an ensuite bathroom. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a bedroom with two full beds, both of each have flat screen televisions and they share a hall bathroom.
Third Floor
Children's suite with four twin beds and an entertainment area with a couch and flatscreen television with gaming station. A bathroom with a tub/shower completes the third floor.

What we like about Naushop
The neighborhood includes a newly renovated heated saltwater pool for adults as well as a kiddie pool, synthetic turf tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a new playground — perfect for toddlers and small children. These facilities are open only to residents, renters, and their guests.
