This newly renovated and beautifully appointed three-bedroom Nantucket vacation rental is located on the edge of Town and is convenient to both mid-island and Town.Â
First Floor
Enter through the front door, to the right is the living room with comfortable seating and large flat-screen television and to the right is a well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel GE appliances, and island seating for four. Just beyond is the dining area with seating for six and French doors out to the back patio. Off of the kitchen is a mud/laundry room with a full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer and a powder room, an exterior door leads out to the outdoor shower. The master bedroom is at the back of the house and has a king bed, a built-in window seat, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a glass-enclosed tiled shower.Â
Second Floor
There are two guest bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king bed and the other with twins. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with double vanity and a glass-enclosed tiled tub/shower combo.
