This charming three-bedroom vacation rental is perfect for a family or small group that wants to be away from the hustle and bustle of Town and just a few minutes from the beach. The upside down floor plan affords open cathedral ceilings in the main living space, which offers two sitting areas, the dining and the kitchen with a peninsula for counter dining. The living space also open to a large second floor deck with outdoor dining and seating. There is a lovely fenced in backyard and a shed for storing bikes and beach gear, complete with two stand up paddle boards.
First Floor
The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with twin beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor
The second floor has an open concept kitchen living and dining room. The living area has two seating areas and sliders that lead out to a deck with a gas grill and dining table.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
