This c. 2017 three bedroom vacation rental home is conveniently situated just a mile from the rotary in a tranquil setting off the Polpis Road, across from Moor’s End Farm. The property adjoins the conservation land that comprises most of Nantucket Island with many running and walking trails to explore. The house is two stories with 2200 square feet of living space. The kitchen and living space is upstairs and the bedrooms are downstairs. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom. A large back deck with a large dining table overlooks a spacious yard, which abuts hundreds of acres of conservation lands available for hiking, running and 4 wheel explorations.
First Floor
The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. There are two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower bathrooms. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.
Second Floor
The second floor has an expansive kitchen and living/dining area with a vaulted ceiling and sky lights. The dining area has seating for ten. There is also a comfortable den with a TV and fireplace. The den has a queen sleeper sofa and can serve as overflow sleeping space. There is a full shower bathroom adjoining the den.
