Polpis Harbor is a very short walk down a path immediately adjacent to this property allowing access to some of the best fishing, boating kayaking and SUP paddling waters on Nantucket. With a Main house, guest cottage, 18x36 swimming pool with integrated spa and custom built outdoor fireplace, this is a wonderful home for enjoying all Polpis harbor has to offer.
First Floor
Great Point Properties presents "Deer Run," an impeccable private estate in the exclusive Polpis neighborhood of Medouie Creek which begins with a winding driveway. On the first floor is a truly meticulous two car garage with epoxy floors and pass through doors allowing for great boat storage.
