Open kitchen and dining area with access to outdoor deck. Living room with gas fireplace and flat screen tv. First floor king bedroom with en-suite marble bath with tub. Every bathroom has a spray handle. Exterior door in bathroom accesses large outdoor shower with large rainhead showerhead. Powder room with laundry facilities.
Second Floor
Upstairs foyer with office nook at top of stairs. King master suite with custom built-in dressers and comfortable window seat. Master bathroom features two vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and an oversized exquisitely tiled walk-in shower. The bunk room with twin bunks and trundle bed has a tastefully tiled private bathroom with tub.
Lower Level
At the bottom of the stairs is a sun-filled lounge area with a love seat and pullout twin air mattress. Tiled bath with shower off of the den is available for the use of the queen bedroom and den.
