First Floor
Enter into a bright foyer with vaulted ceilings and stairs that lead up to the open second floor. The living room has a seating area, a flat screen television, a baby grand piano and a wet bar. French doors open to the back porch, patio and yard where you will find a heated lap pool and outdoor shower. There are two guest rooms on the first floor; the bedroom to the left of the living room has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower and marble countertops. This bathroom doubles as a powder room and also has an access door from the living room. The bedroom to the right of the living room has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with marble countertops and a combination tub and shower.
Second Floor
The second floor has an open concept with a balcony that overlooks the foyer. The high end kitchen has marble countertops and a four burner gas range and refrigerator by Thermador. The center island has seating for four and the dining table, with seating for eight, overlooks the conservation land with views of the ocean. The French doors lead out to the deck that spans the entire back of the house. The master bedroom has a queen bed, French doors to the back deck and an ensuite bathroom with a raised platform soaking tub and a tiled steam shower and marble countertops.
Lower Level
The partially finished lower level has a guest bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed and a large laundry room with a full sink, washer and dryer. Beyond the laundry room is a small gym with a weight bench, treadmill and flatscreen television; this part of the basement is unfinished.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
