The second floor consists of three bedrooms, one Queen and two Twin bedrooms, and a hall Bath with shower. The accommodations are simple, yet comfortable.
Lower Level
Exterior staircase from the off-street parking spot offers access to the newly renovated basement (in 2024) for "hang out room" with ping pong table, TV, games, and full shower bath. There is also storage space for beach chairs, bikes, etc... 6 bikes are available to tenants to use, but are not guaranteed to be in working order.
