Conveniently located just beyond the top of Main Street, this contemporary summer vacation rental offers a spacious five bedroom home with multiple living spaces on three levels. A private pool, multiple outdoor gathering spaces and an open studded pool cabana with a kitchenette and full bathroom make this rental home an experience for all who vacation here. A gate off of the back of the property leads onto the Madaket bike path, offering convenient access to Town, Madaket and beyond. As of May 2024, an EV charger is available for both Tesla and all other plug-in cars.
First Floor
The formal entrance leads into a spacious, bright and open floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining and living room. To the right of the entrance is a sun filled den/office and to the left is the gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, custom cabinetry and high end appliances. The living and dining room have coffered ceilings with French doors leading out to the sanctuary of a back yard. Off the main living area is the generous master bedroom with a king sized bed, cathedral ceilings, a walk-in closet and a beautiful en-suite bathroom. French doors also lead out of this room to the outdoor patio and pool area. The informal mudroom entrance is accessed off the parking area and leads into the laundry room and a separate powder room.
Second Floor
The second floor offers three comfortable en-suite bedrooms. The first guest suite is spacious with a queen bed, with a bathroom that has double vanities, a separate shower and separate soaking tub. The second suite also has a queen bed and a cathedral ceiling with a private bathroom with a tiled shower. The final bedroom on this level has two twin sized beds and a private bathroom with a tiled shower.
Lower Level
The lower level offers a large and spacious living room with nine foot ceilings. There is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower out in the hallway. The sixth bedroom has a queen bed and there is an additional bathroom out in the hallway with a shower. Exterior access leads out to the pool area. NEW IN 2023 IS AN ADDITIONAL BATHROOM WITH A SHOWER, AND A GYM.
Cottage
The pool cabana is a fabulous extension of the home and has a full bathroom, a kitchenette, two living areas and an outdoor shower located just outside. There is also a washer/dryer set in here as well.
