Enter into a light-filled two-story foyer that leads to a spacious living/dining room. The living area has comfortable seating and a flat-screen television over a decorative fireplace and the dining area has seating for six. French doors open out to a charming brick patio and privet-bordered yard. The eat-in kitchen features a six-burner Viking stove, countertop seating for three, and stainless steel appliances. The first-floor master suite has a king bed, a flat-screen television, and a private bathroom with a combination tub/shower and a double sink. French doors lead out to the patio. The first-floor laundry room and half bath complete the first floor.Â

The second floor has three guest rooms, two with queen beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub shower.

What we like about Naushop
The neighborhood includes a newly renovated heated saltwater pool for adults as well as a kiddie pool, synthetic turf tennis courts, a pickleball court, and a new playground — perfect for toddlers and small children. These facilities are open only to residents, renters, and their guests.
