Enter the first floor of this newly renovated Nantucket summer rental to find a beautiful kitchen, dining room, and ample gathering space. Beyond entering, the open-concept, light-filled, kitchen and sitting room looking out to the porch and backyard welcome you. The kitchen is equipped with the finest appliances and beautiful granite countertops, while the sitting room includes a fireplace and seating for four. Through the sitting room, enter the large mud room equipped with a washer and dryer. Heading out of the kitchen find a large sitting room with a couch and chairs, a wet bar, and an additional fireplace. Through the living room, step down into the light-filled sunroom, with a cozy eat-in dining area and additional seating, perfect for enjoying a sunny morning or summer night. Completing the first floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and a half bathroom.
Second Floor
Heading up to the second floor, find the large primary bedroom to your right, complete with a King bed, love seat, walk-in closet, and ensuite tiled bathroom with a separate tub and shower. To your left, find a bunk room with two twin beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower. Head down the hallway to find a sitting room with a couch, leading to two additional bedrooms each with a queen bed, which shares a tiled bathroom with a shower.
Lower Level
The lower level offers plenty of gathering space and room for guest overflow. Enter the open lower-level space to find a media room with a large flat-screen television, a spacious and comfortable couch, and games.
