The property includes one off street parking spot, a beautifully manicured and furnished patio, and is moments from some of Nantucket's best shops and restaurants. There is Sonos throughout the house.
First Floor
Enter into an open concept living, dining and kitchen area. There is a large sectional situated in a nook surrounded by windows and a second seating area with four swivel chairs around a gas fireplace with a large flat-screen television. The dining area has seating for eight. The kitchen has stone and wood countertops with seating for two, a six-burner Wolf gas range, Wolf double ovens and a wine refrigerator, freezer, and wine cooler all by Sub-Zero. French doors at the back of the kitchen lead to a covered porch with lounge seating and overhead heaters. Just beyond is a patio with a gas grill. The first-floor master bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen television and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, soaking tub and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. A powder room is locating just off the living area.
Second Floor
There are three queen guest bedrooms on the second floor. Two of the bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tiled shower and the third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a tiled shower.
Lower Level
Family room with an L-shaped sectional and a large flat screen television. A laundry area with two sets of washers and dryers and a full bathroom with a shower complete the lower level.
