Inside, enjoy the well laid out and professionally decorated interior, four bedroom suites and all of the modern comforts and amenities to delight the whole family.
First Floor
From the shell driveway and by way of the covered porch, enter into the mudroom with storage, a separate laundry room and a powder room. Straight ahead is the formal foyer and front door, and stairs leading to the upper level. Beyond is a first floor suite with a king sized bed, TV and private bathroom with a tile and glass shower. The great room includes a dining area with seating for eight guests accented by a wet bar. To the left is the kitchen appointed with a Wolf 6-burner propane stove, stone counters and a center island with seating for four. Adjacent to the kitchen is a reading room with coastal wallpaper and comfortable seating for morning coffee and planning your day. The living room has a cathedral ceiling, ample seating and a propane fireplace with TV above serving as the accent of the space. Glass doors lead out to the dining deck, with seating for eight, and beyond, the stone patio with a soaking spa, fire table and lounging furniture.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs and to the right are two suites; the first suite is spacious and has a king sized rattan bed, TV, two closets and a private bathroom with a large glass and tiled shower. Next door is a bedroom with two twin sized beds and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Passing through the second floor landing leads to sliding doors to the upper deck, which is furnished and an ideal spot to catch the sunset. Beyond is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a glass and tiled shower.
