This Nantucket vacation rental is a classic Sconset house located on the highly sought after Baxter Road. The property boasts stunning ocean views, lush gardens and a beautifully manicured lawn. Only a short walk to the village of Sconset.
First Floor
From the driveway enter into the bright eat-in kitchen with a gas range, double ovens, a wet bar, a table with seating for six and three sets of sliding doors out the large deck with a dining table. A great spot to enjoy the ocean view, expansive yard and beautiful gardens. The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen along with a second set of stairs that lead up to to a guest bedroom suite. Beyond the kitchen is a formal living/dining room with seating for eight and a comfortable sitting area. To the right of the dining room is a sunroom with seating and a door out to the side yard. Four steps up from the living/dining room is a second living room with two seating areas and a door out to the wrap around porch. A powder room off the back hall completes the first floor.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs to the right is a guest suite with one twin bed, one full bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled, glass enclosed shower. The master bedroom is to the left and has a king bed, stunning ocean views and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the queen guest bedroom next door. Up a few steps and find two more ocean facing guest bedrooms, each with queen beds. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower.
Third Floor
Through the attic and up a few stairs is the sixth guest bedroom with two twin beds, this bedroom is known as the known as the "Princess Room".
