First Floor
Great Point Properties presents this contemporary and recently renovated home that begins with a large open kitchen that has marble countertops, a SubZero refrigerator and a six burner gas range. The kitchen flows out to the dining area where you will find a glass top table with seating for six. The living room has comfortable seating around the fireplace, a wet bar with sink and a wine refrigerator. French doors lead out to the pool area. The den is off the living room and has a sectional sofa with a flat screen television. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor
The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. The bedroom with two twins has an ensuite shower bathroom and the queen bedroom bed uses a hall bathroom with a shower.
Cottage
Brand new studio in an estate setting on two acres. Near Miacomet beaches and pond. Outdoor shower and full bathroom, along with kitchen, king bed with fine linens and a great living area. This is included in the rate with the main house.
