Enter into the front foyer, to the right is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and to the left is a formal living room with a decorative fireplace. Beyond the living room is the dining room with seating for six. At the end of the front hall to the left is bright and sunny eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, a Thermador electric range, Maytag refrigerator and an Asko dishwasher. At the end of the hall is a door to the back deck and large shady yard. The deck has a gas grill and a table with seating, the perfect spot to enjoy a summer evening. To the right of the hall is a cozy den with a flat screen television. There is a bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
Second Floor
The second floor has three bedrooms with queen beds and a fourth bedroom with a single bed. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower. At the back of the house is a den with a cathedral ceiling, flat screen television and a window bench that is a perfect reading nook.
