Centrally located to Miacomet Beach, Miacomet Golf Course and easy access to Surfside and Mid-Island. The entire home has been freshly painted, the hardwood floors refinished. New shutters, blinds and pleated blackout shades have been installed. The home, lovingly restored by an interior designer and features every amenity you might desire including Pre de Provence guests soaps, 800 gram Turkish bath towels, 600 thread count Supima cotton sheets, Claire Murray Nantucket dinnerware, electric wine opener, and everything you need for a day at the beach. After your day at the beach, enjoy dinner on the outdoor patio with table for six, chaise lounges, and a Weber Genesis II gas grill. Please note that check out time for this home is 9am.
First Floor
The well-appointed kitchen has granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, new cookware, utensils, Keurig coffee maker and small appliances. The round oak dining table easily seats eight and is located next to a separate family room complete with comfortable seating and a flat screen tv. The elegant new furnishings in the living room include white slipcovered sofas accented with classic navy, Claire Murray rugs and white and bright furniture throughout this Nantucket summer rental.
Second Floor
The primary bedroom features a king bed, sitting area, a navy writing desk and an ensuite shower bathroom. The two guest bedrooms feature queen beds, a reading area and built in cabinetry. The guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
Lower Level
The two rooms on this level are wonderful usable space, one as an office and the other as a secondary or kids entertainment space.
