This Nantucket vacation rental is a beautifully built five-bedroom, five and one-half bathroom home with a bright and open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and multiple living areas. A perfect vacation spot with lovely outdoor spaces plus the luxury of being close to Town.
First Floor
Enter into the foyer with a powder room, from there walk into a bright dining room with seating for ten opens into a spacious gourmet kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, six-burner gas Wolf range, marble countertops, and a large center island with seating for four. The living room is open to the dining room and has plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen television, and French doors that lead out to the back patio. Just off the living room is a wet bar with an under-the-counter wine refrigerator. The primary bedroom suite has a king bed, French doors that open to a large patio, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub with jets, and oversized glass-enclosed tiled shower.
Second Floor
The second floor has three guest bedrooms, all ensuite with showers. The first has two queen beds, the second a king and the third bedroom has two full beds. A large living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen television complete the second floor.
Lower Level
The lower level has an additional guest bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and a third living room with a pool table, seating, and flat-screen television.
