This Nantucket vacation rental is a beautiful and impeccably maintained family estate with gracious open living areas that overlook 2.8 acres of pristine landscape and conservation lands beyond. The property includes a beautiful new 18′ x 36′ saltwater pool, located minutes away from Quidnet Beach, Sesacacha Pond, Polpis bike path, and 10 minutes to the center of Historic Main Street. A long shell driveway and landscaping create a special approach, which showcases the main house set high on the lot. The four bedÂroom main house offers an expansive open floor plan with three floors of generous living space providing space for all ages and two spacious first-floor bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Multiple decks surround the house and the private yard is perfect for entertaining. In addition, there is a private one-bedroom guest cottage that is fully equipped with a kitchen and full bath making it ideal for longer-term visitors. *Some weeks do not include the cottage. First Floor
Enter into a spacious foyer from the covered front porch. The staircase to the left of the foyer flows into the living room with a cathedral ceiling. The living room is surrounded by windows and centered around a gas fireplace. The custom wet bar is equipped with an ice maker and wine refrigerator. The dining room is open to the living room and kitchen to form an open floor plan. There is a sun porch off of the dining room perfect for reading a book and enjoying the privacy of the backyard. The back deck can be accessed through the dining room or laundry room off the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen has a large granite center island with room for three bar stools, a pantry, and all the modern amenities. The den is located off the living room, through the french doors with beautiful built-ins and a TV. The left wing of the home has two bedrooms, both ensuite with tub/showers. Powder room and large storage closet in the hall.
Second Floor
Arrive on the second floor via the centrally located staircase. The walkway between the bedrooms is open and looks over the living room. There are two large primary suites, both with private decks and views of Sankaty Lighthouse. The bedrooms have private baths with separate showers and soaking tubs. One bedroom has two closets and an office with built-ins and a gas fireplace. The second bedroom has a large walk-in closet built for two.
Lower Level
Large living room with a gas fireplace and custom built-ins that house the flat-screen television. This level is home to a game room that has a pool table and a shuffleboard table.
Cottage
Private entrance to a one bedroom guest cottage. A bedroom (2 twins) and full bath are on the first floor. Open kitchen/living room area upstairs with deck and powder room. Outdoor shower.

What we like about Quidnet
The ocean is right over Quidnet Pond and offers an endless stretch of nearly uninhabited beaches. Squam is adjacent to Quidnet and shares the same coastline that is known for more gentle waves and some great hiking trails.
