First Floor
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers great gathering space. The kitchen is equipped with the finest appliances, including a dry bar with a wine refrigerator, and sliding glass doors revealing the porch and back patio. The kitchen island has seating for three while the dining table seats six. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a television, and a fireplace. Beyond the living spaces, find the guest suite complete with a king bed, a large dual-vanity ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower, a television, and two spacious closets. Completing the first floor is a powder room and a laundry room.
Second Floor
The second floor includes the primary bedroom suite complete with a king bed, a sitting area, a television, two large closets, and a spacious dual-vanity ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower. Continue through the second floor to find a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a television, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower. Completing the second floor is a third bedroom with two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower.
Lower Level
The lower level offers plenty of entertainment and overflow space, equipped with two media rooms and a bunk room. The lower level landing has an eating booth with a dining/game table and a large television. The main media room is complete with a large sectional, a television, and a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. The lower level bunk room has two twin over queen beds. Completing this floor is a bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower.
