Enter into the front foyer with a powder room. To the right, you will find a small office. Straight ahead is the large open kitchen with stone countertops, island seating for four, a six-burner gas Wolf range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, an ice maker, and a wine refrigerator. At the back of the kitchen are a large pantry closet and a door out to the front yard and street. The dining area has seating for eight and the living room has comfortable seating, large flat-screen television, a fireplace, and French doors leading out to the pool, patio, and hot tub. The patio has a dining table for eight, lounge chairs, and a gas grill, the perfect spot to dine at alfresco. At the back of the house is the primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. French doors lead from the primary bedroom out to the pool and patio area.
Second Floor
The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor, each with ensuite shower bathrooms and queen beds. There is a small sitting area with a television and a door out to a lovely deck that overlooks the pool.
Lower Level
The lower level has a large family room with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen television, a game table, a powder room, and an exterior door that leads up to the front of the house. There are two guest bedrooms on the lower level, one with a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom with double sinks, and the other has bunk beds and a glass-enclosed shower bathroom.
