First Floor
Enter into the front foyer with a powder room. To the left is a small office. Straight ahead is an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen has stone countertops with island seating for four, a six-burner gas Wolf range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a wet bar area with a wine refrigerator and an ice machine. The dining area has seating for eight and the living room has comfortable seating around a decorative fireplace, large flat-screen television, and French doors that lead out to the plunge pool and patio that is complete with a dining table for eight, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. Just beyond the wet bar area is a small mudroom with a pantry and a door out to the front yard and driveway.
Second Floor
The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, French doors out to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. There are two additional ensuite guest bedrooms on the second floor, the bedroom on the left has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed combination shower/tub combo and the bedroom on the left has a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom with double vanity. A small sitting area with a television and door out to the balcony completes the second floor.
Lower Level
The lower level has a living room with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen television, a game table, and a door that leads to the front yard. There are two guest bedrooms on the lower level, one with a king bed and an ensuite shower bedroom and the other with full-sized bunk beds. A bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower completes the lower level.
