Nestled at the back of a cul de sac, the home offers both first and second floor bedrooms and a coastal chic interior.

First Floor

From the covered front porch, enter into the foyer. Immediatley to the left is the first floor bedroom suite with a queen sized bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. To the right of the foyer is the laundry room/mudroom and beyond, the home office. Straight ahead is the great room, light and bright and a welcoming hub for the whole family to gather after a day at the beach. This space includes a TV, dining table for eight guests, dry bar with wine refrigerator and kitchen with an island, seating four guests. A powder room completes the first floor.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs is the sitting room with doors leading to the second floor furnished deck, an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening beverage. The primary suite includes a king sized bed, TV and private bathroom with a double sink vanity, glass and tile shower and a free standing soaking tub. Down the hall are two guest bedrooms, both with queen sized beds. A bathroom out in the hallway services both guest bedrooms, and has a tub/shower.

Hummock Pond is ideal for nature lovers, with miles of trails, water views, and wildlife! More than a mile long, Hummock Pond is an outwash pond extending from the middle of the western portion of Nantucket down to the ocean with a barrier beach in front of it. Hummock Pond and its head are classified as coastal salt ponds. Undisrupted nature at its best.
