First Floor
Great Point Properties presents this lovely home which begins by entering into the foyer with a living room on the right featuring an ornamental fireplace. Continuing down the hallway to a study with a desk, leather chair, and french doors opening onto a large pool deck with lounge seating and a cafe table. Off the hallway is a bright and airy King bedroom. Half bath off hallway. The beautifully refinished kitchen opens into a large dining area with a farm table and plenty of seating. Off the dining area is a second deck with a large table for al-fresco dining, and views of some of the most beautiful of sunsets. Step off the dining deck to a patio with a fire pit, gas grill, and charcoal grill. Off the kitchen/dining area is a mudroom/laundry room. Continue through the kitchen/dining area to a very grand family room with 65 inch t.v., plenty of comfortable seating, and a foosball table. There is also a temperature controlled wine refrigerator should you choose to enjoy a few choice bottles on your vacation. Beautiful pine floors throughout.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs turn left to a large King bedroom with a window seat and spectacular water views, an ensuite full bath with walk in shower. A full bathroom is off the hallway just outside the bedroom. At the top of the stairs to the right is a second bedroom with Twin beds and water views. A lovelly full bathroom off the hallway. Continue down the hallway to the right and you will find two additional bedrooms. The third upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite bath, and panoramic views of the pond and ocean. The fourth upstairs bedroom has a Single over a Full trundle bed, and water views. This floor also has lovely pine flooring throughout. All bathrooms have updated tile and fixtures.
