The first floor primary bedroom has king bed and an ensuite tiled full bath. There is a mud room, laundry room and half bath adjacent to the front door.

Third Floor
Stairs to a cozy landing offers access to the widow's walk, perfect for enjoying 360 degree views of the island, its south coast and spectacular sunsets.
Lower Level
