This sun-filled Nantucket vacation rental aptly named Miles Away, is a lovely four-bedroom, four-bathroom house, with central a/c and stunning hardwood floors throughout. This contemporary home has two kitchens, two laundry areas, three living rooms, with separate or combined access to the house. The charming outdoor patio area is large and inviting with fire-pit. There is an enclosed outdoor shower. There are two parking spaces.
First Floor
Enter into an open living room with a gathering area a large flat-screen television and non-working decorative fireplace. A side door leads to a large bluestone patio area and interior stairs lead up to a separate suite. Off of the living area are two en-suite bedrooms with queen beds- one which has a glass door leading to the deck. Enter the large open kitchen with a gas stove, a spacious counter area with coffee nook featuring a Nespresso Vertuoline coffee maker, a large dining table and a sliding glass door that leads to a small deck with a table and chairs. Just beyond the kitchen, step down into a second living room with a cathedral ceiling, comfortable seating, a large flat-screen television and a glass door leading to a secluded slate patio with plenty of comfortable seating, a large dining table, fire-pit and enclosed shower. An open stairway leads from living room to a loft area for games and an office. The master bedroom has a king bed a flat screen television and French doors that lead to the patio. The beautifully appointed master bathroom has a large walk-in tiled shower with a rainfall shower head, as well as side jets, and a large soaking bathtub.
Second Floor
The second floor suite has a full kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is a sitting room with comfortable seating that provides for a beautiful view of Nantucket sunsets; its own laundry area, a queen bed and a bathroom with shower. There is also access to an exterior stairway.
