This Wauwinet waterfront summer vacation property is a raised ranch style beach house and has private access to the ocean beach in back and the harbor beach in front. A four wheel drive vehicle is best way to access this house and area of the island. New renovations for the 2021 season include: new kitchen, new bathroom, master bedroom suite with large en-suite bath with shower and separte tub, and downstairs the bathroom and laundry room were newly redone, new windows in the bunk room with play area and the bedroom allowing for more of a harbor view. Mini AC splits were installed as well. Professionaly decorated home in a great beach setting. Photos do not reflect the renovations or new decor.
First Floor
Enter into the foyer and down the split stairs to one bedroom, one bath (shower), laundry area to the right and a bunk room with play area to the left. New, larger windows in the bunk room and bedroom allow for more of a harbor view.
Second Floor
Up the split stairs to the newly redone open kitchen, dining, living room with fireplace to the right. Off of the living and dining area is the wraparound deck perfect for enjoying outside dining overlooking the harbor at the front and ocean at the rear. There is a full bath in the hall with ocean views. The master has a queen size bed and a large en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. This floor has magnificent panoramic views front and back. The house overlooks the Atlantic to the rear and the harbor in the front.

What we like about Wauwinet
The only business in the area, the Wauwinet Inn offers fine dining, spa services, exquisite rooms, and boat service to town for their guests and diners. Wauwinet is also where you access Great Point, the peninsula that forms Nantucket’s northernmost tip, and home to Great Point Light. Great Point remains under the protection of the Nantucket Conservation Foundation and the state’s Trustees of Reservations. An excursion along this ever-changing and unspoiled landscape, by boat or via four-wheel-drive vehicle, is a must-see while visiting Nantucket.
