The Kensington House on upper Main Street is located in one of the most ideal spots on the island and makes downtown shopping, access to Madaket bike path, and everything in between a breeze. There are three comfortable sitting rooms with smart TVs and bluetooth soundbars, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and granite counters, and dining options both inside and out. A private deck with comfortable furniture and a newly built cedar shower are available for your return at the end of your fun day at the beach!
First Floor
From the parking area, enter onto the covered porch and into the open kitchen with center island, adjacent to the living room with a gas fireplace and wall-mounted Smart VT. Opposite the stairwell leading to the lower level is a bathroom with aglass shower, which services those sleeping in the lower level bedroom. At the rear of the house is a secondary living room with a TV, dining table for six people, and a glass door leading to the side deck with soft seating, a propane fire table, and an outdoor dining table for al fresco evenings.
Second Floor
There are two king bedrooms, and the third bedroom has two twin sized on the second floor. One king bedroom has a private bath with glass shower. The second king bedroom and the twin bedroom both share a hall bath with tub/shower.
Lower Level
At the base of the stairs and to the right is a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, each with a twin mattress both up and down. To the left of the stairs is a family room with TV, and beyond, a workout area. The bathroom for this sleeping area is located at the top of the stairs on the first floor.
