The informal entry to this upside down Sconset beach house is located on the north side of the home, and the formal entry marries this entrance in a light filled central hallway. There are three bedrooms on this level; two guest rooms are on the south side of the home; both have private exterior doors to a covered porch and both share a bathroom with a tiled shower. To the right of the formal entrance is the third guest room with an ensuite bathroom and private access to an outdoor deck. A comfortable den separates these wings and features French doors that lead to a large covered porch that overlooks the spacious back yard, pool and cabana.
Second Floor
The formal living room on the second floor has vaulted ceilings and is open, spacious and filled with abundant light. This gorgeous space separates two exterior decks; one that overlooks the back yard facing west, perfect for enjoying sundowners and watching the sunset, while the east facing deck overlooking the front yard, is where one can enjoy early morning coffee and the sunrise. The renovated kitchen has all new appliances and encourages gathering as it opens to the dining and living room. The primary suite has a private bathroom and multiple windows offering abundant light. A powder room completes this level.
Lower Level
The lower level offers a comfortable living space featuring a large sectional, a smart TV, and a wet bar. There are two bedrooms on this level; one room that has double bunk beds and a second room with a queen size bed. A full bathroom with a tiled shower completes the lower level.
Cottage
The cabana/studio was renovated to be enjoyed as a beachy cabana, and lives on two levels. The first floor offers a hang out room with a kitchenette and mini bar, as well as a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Two doors lead to the exterior. The second floor has two rooms; one with a queen size bed and the second that is set up as an office with two day beds. These rooms are separated by a small powder room. There is no AC in this dwelling.
