The wonderful location along Cliff Road makes this Nantucket vacation rental an easy walk to the heart of downtown or to Steps Beach in the opposite direction. Perfect for a large extended family, or two families traveling together. Private, peaceful and convenient.
First Floor
A front foyer leads to a front parlor or sitting room with custom paneling and fireplace. A Dutch door leads to a lovely porch with comfortable furnishings. The dining room has a rectangular table with seating for eight. The kitchen is very large, updated and bright. There is additional casual dining overlooking the back stone patio with an exit to this outside area featuring a gas grill and Traeger smoker. A large informal sitting area to the side of the kitchen allows for easy living and entertaining. A side entrance with a utility area. There is also another informal sitting area at the front of the house off of the foyer for reading or computer work.
Second Floor
The front stairway leads to the second floor where there is a front bedroom and middle bedroom which have access to the hall bath with shower for their use. A walk thru sitting room has access to a bathroom with a tub. The master suite (king bed) is privately located at the back of the house and it includes a large master bath, great closet space and decorative fireplace. There is a full laundry room on this level.
Third Floor
There is a very large bedroom with a queen bed and a Lovesac sofa that can be used as a bed. A hall bath has a shower.
Cottage
The guest cottage has a sitting/living room, a full kitchen, and a half bath with laundry on the first floor. The second level has two king bedrooms with full baths. There is an attached one car garage. The lower level has for XL twin beds, set up as two bunk beds. There is an additional full bath, sofa and TV--a great place for the kids to hang out!
