First Floor
Upon entering from the wrap around covered porch, the great room greets you. To the right is an elegant living room with custom furnishings, a pictureframe TV, propane fireplace and windows to flood the space with light. To the left is a dining table for six, and a marble-topped kitchen outfitted for nights cooking at home. The laundry room is adjacent in the back corridor, and a power room is located at the base of the stairwell. A home office with a door to the back deck completes the first floor.
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs are two bedrooms connected by a shared bathroom with a tub/shower. The bedroom on the left has a queen sized bed, and the room on the right has a full-over-twin bunk bed. Down the hallway are two suites; the primary to the left has a king sized bed, vaulted ceiling, and private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and shower. Across the hallway is an additional suite with a king sized bed, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Brant Point is a classic summer enclave, adjacent to Town, featuring a shoreline that runs from the White Elephant to Jetties Beach. The homes in this area vary from casual summer cottages to grand stately waterfront homes. Jetties Beach is well suited for calm water swimming with the convenience of public restrooms and changing rooms, a restaurant (The Sandbar at Jetties Beach), and Nantucket Community Sailing (NCS). Whether you want to relax on the beach, enjoy the outdoor dining, or rent a kayak or boat from NCS, Jetties Beach is an ideal family-friendly summer setting.
