First Floor
From the front foyer with a coat closet and a half bathroom, you will enter into the living room with plenty of comfortable seating and large flat-screen television. The living room and dining area and kitchen are divided by a double-sided gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for ten with a French door that leads out to the back patio and yard. The high-end chef's kitchen has a six-burner Wolf range, Wolf double ovens, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, quartz countertops, and island seating for four. To the right living room are a laundry room with a sink and two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a combination tub/shower and the other has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower.Â
Second Floor
At the top of the stairs to the left is the primary suite with a sitting room/office complete with a large flat-screen television and desk, beyond is the bedroom with a king bed, large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed tiled shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds, both bedrooms are ensuite with glass-enclosed tiled showers. Off of the hall is a second laundry room with a washer and dryer and sink, a linen closet and a large deck.
Lower Level
The lower level has an exercise room with free weights and an elliptical trainer staged in front of a large flat-screen television. Beyond that room are a game room with a ping pong/pool table and a Fooseball table. Just off the game room are a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower and a family room with a comfortable and large flat-screen television.Â

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
