The well-appointed gourmet kitchen boasts marble countertops and high-end appliances. The property has great private outdoor spaces complete with a gas fire pit, plenty of seating and lounges, an outdoor dining table, and a Weber gas grill.
First Floor
The front foyer with a powder room leads into an open concept kitchen, and living and dining area. The chef's kitchen has Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, an induction cooktop, marble countertops, and a large island with seating for four. The dining area has seating for six with French doors that lead out to the back deck and pool area. The living area has a room has comfortable seating around a gas fireplace and large flat-screen television. The primary bedroom has a king bed with a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and freestanding tub. A mudroom and laundry room complete the first floor.
Second Floor
The second-floor suite has a king bed with a view of the pool, a reading nook, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with three single beds and the second has a queen bed. The bedrooms share a hall bedroom with a shower. A laundry closet with washer and dryer complete the second floor.
