Located in the desirable Miacomet Preserve, surrounded by acres of peaceful green space and sited a short distance from a south shore beach. The spacious, light-filled home flows seamlessly from indoors to out. This house is well suited for families, with six en suite bedrooms, swimming pool, hot tub and a guest studio. The yard is fenced-in and your furry four-legged friends are welcome here with a pet deposit.
First Floor
A stylish foyer leads one into a large and light-filled open concept floor plan; In the heart of the house is a chef's kitchen and dining area which is adjacent to the living room. There is a large mudroom and bar area off of the kitchen with separate access by the side door leading to the pool area. The living room has a lounging porch which affords views to the pebble-tec pool and 8'x10' hot tub. A first floor en-suite bedroom with a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower completes the first floor.
Second Floor
The second floor has three bedroom suites. The first is the primary suite which has a king sized bed, a walk-in closet and a spacious private bathroom with a soaking tub. The two other rooms have private ensuite bathrooms, with one suite appointed with a king sized bed and the third with two queen beds.
Lower Level
The lower level game room is finished with the same quality finishes as the rest of the house, filled with lots of games and activities including a pool table, shuffle board, darts and a large media area with Xbox. The bedroom on this floor has two queen beds and a private bathroom.
Cottage
Well appointed guest studio has a first floor living room and powder room on the first floor. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a balcony, full bathroom and kitchenette. There is also a space well suited for an office area if one needs to work remotely.
