Savor Nantucket’s best summer vacation at Cliff Breeze. Perched at a high point on the Cliff Road bike path, residents enjoy neighboring access to the stunningly picturesque calm waters of Washing Pond Beach which includes breathtaking views of both Nantucket Harbor and the abutting Washing Pond. Sunsets there are unforgettable! After a swim, enjoy nearby Tupancy Links, which is across the street from Cliff Breeze. What was once a historic golf course, Tupancy Links is now one of Nantucket conservation’s most treasured properties. If desired, it’s easy to venture further by bike as the Cliff Road bike path connects directly to Town going east and other beaches and more conservation land heading west. Even on a busy summer day, Cliff Road remains one of the calmest locations on island with easy car access on back roads to mid-island and the eastern parts of Nantucket. With four bedrooms, five full bathrooms, three living areas, two kitchens in the main house, as well as a small kitchen in the cottage, and two patios, Cliff Breeze is particularly well designed for multi-generational enjoyment.

First Floor

From the covered front porch, the foyer leads to a family room with comfortable seating, a TV and work station area. Beyond is the first bedroom with a queen bed with access to a bathroom with a shower accessible from the hallway. The second bedroom is ensuite with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a shower. A back hallway leads to a door for access to the patio.

Second Floor

The second floor is light filled, accented with a cathedral ceiling. The great room includes the living area with access to the balcony, dining table with seating for eight guests and the kitchen. Beyond is the primary suite with views of Tupancy Links, a king size bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Lower Level

The lower level offers a full second kitchen area, family room with TV, exercise area including a bicycle and free weights and a ping pong table. Beyond is a full bathroom with a steam shower and the laundry room.

Cottage

The studio is located above the garage and is accessed by way of an external staircase leading to the second level. The space includes a queen sized bed, kitchen with an induction range, mini refrigerator, microwave and sink, as well as a washer/dryer. A bathroom with a shower completes this efficient and welcoming space.
