This Nantucket vacation rental has an open floor plan with three en-suite bedrooms and a 18 x 36 heated pool with a pebble-tech finish and a Bluestone patio surround. There is an adjoining path through to Mill Hill Park at the end of the driveway which makes for a delightful walk to Town. A bluestone patio surrounds the pool and is complete with great lounging couches, a table and chairs and a gas grill. This is the perfect spot for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
First Floor
The front entry opens onto a living room/dining area/kitchen open-concept space. Tall French doors on one wall let in an abundance of light and open from the living room to the patio/pool area to provide a great connection to the outdoor living space. The living area has a large screen television that can be viewed from the whole area. The kitchen, with top-end appliances, including a 6- burner gas stove and a large pantry/mudroom/washer-dryer area round out the first level common space. The primary bedroom, with king bed and en suite bathroom, also connects to the outdoor patio area via French doors. A second bedroom, also with en suite bathroom is also on the main level, but separate from the master area.
Lower Level
The lower level has a ten foot high ceiling and multiple windows to let in the light. The family room has comfortable seating a large flat screen television. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and en suite tiled bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
