The welcoming foyer leads to a bright open concept kitchen, living and dining room. The living room has two seating areas, both around decorative fireplaces. On the far side of the living room you will find comfortable seating with a large flat screen television. French doors lead out to the back deck with a shaded dining table, the perfect spot for alfresco dining. The dining area has seating for eight and the kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and counter seating for three. Off the dining area is the first floor master with a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom.
Second Floor
The second floor master has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled glass enclosed shower. There are two additional bedrooms, the first has a queen bed and the second two twin beds. The bedrooms share a hall shower bathroom. Off the hall is the laundry room/linen closet.
Lower Level
This level is accessed by a steep spiral staircase; Large living area with wet bar, lounge, flat screen television, two twin over full bunk beds and a twin trundle bed. Guest bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom. Powder room.
