This charming well appointed cottage on Brant Point is a short walk to Children’s and Jetties Beaches as well as being only a quarter mile to the town of Nantucket with many opportunities for great shopping and dining. The cottage includes a combination living room/ dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and bar area with 4 stool seating. Air conditioning can be found throughout the home. A first floor bedroom includes a full bath with shower and queen bed. The second floor includes one bedroom with king bed, one with 2 twin beds, cozy sitting area in a common area, as well as a full bathroom with shower. Outside seating includes a grill, table and umbrella for outdoor dining with 2 lounge chairs on a private rear deck...a great place to relax.
