First Floor
Enter into the the laundry room with side by side front loading Whirlpool washer and dryer. Just beyond is the high end kitchen with marble countertops, a four burner Bertazzoni gas range, a Liebherr refrigerator and a banquet table with seating for six. A door from the kitchen leads out to with patio with seating, a dining table and a gas grill. The living room has comfortable seating with a large flat screen television. The first floor bedroom has a king bed with French doors that opens out to a deck and side yard. Off the living room is a full bathroom with a tiled glass enclosed combination shower/tub.
Second Floor
The master bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom with a tiled glass enclosed shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds.
