Sliding doors from both the dining and living rooms lead to a back deck that overlooks a mature, private yard, and the pool and spa. Another set of sliding doors opens to a welcoming front porch surrounded by hydrangeas. At the opposite end of the house, there is a small den/office with a standing desk, a full bathroom, and a laundry room that leads out to the back deck area. There is a storage shed equipped with beach chairs and coolers and is a convenient space for storing bikes.

Following the split staircase up to the second floor, at the top of the stairs to the right is the large primary suite with a king bed, ensuite bathroom with tile shower, and plenty of natural light. The stairs to the left, lead to two en-suite bedrooms, one queen and one king, as well as a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a hall half bath.
