This Nantucket vacation rental was fully renovated in 2020 and will have a new pool and cabana for the 2021 season.
First Floor
Enter through the front door and to the left is a high-end kitchen with quartz countertops, a Viking six-burner gas range, a beverage cooler, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area is open to the kitchen with seating for eight, French doors lead out to a screened-in porch with lounge seating. The living room has two comfortable seating areas, a decorative fireplace, and a door out to the side porch. From the back corner of the living room is a door out to the back deck and pool area. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a glass-enclosed tiled shower.Â
Second Floor
The second floor has a sitting area around a decorative fireplace and a laundry closet with a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area, a television and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and uses a hall bathroom with a soaking tub.Â
Lower Level
The lower level has a comfortable sitting area with a flat-screen television and game table. A door leads out to the backyard and pool area.Â
