First Floor
In the main house, enter into a foyer with stairs leading upstairs to the main living area and a hallway leading back to the first floor having three bedrooms, a laundry room and entertaining room. There is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, tile shower and dual vanity. A second bedroom with two full beds and double built-in bunk bed room. These two bedroom share a hall bathroom with a tiled shower. The entertaining area is down several steps and brightly lit with french doors looking out to a blue stone patio and pool area. This space uniquely offers a comfortable seating area with an open kitchen area that features a wine fridge, sink area, dishwasher and island bar with three stools for dining.
Second Floor
In the main house, the second floor Great Room is an open concept floor plan featuring a large kitchen, beautiful center island and a dining table for eight. The living area has an expansive sectional sofa facing a fireplace and TV easel. A built -in wet bar is behind the sofa and leads around to a half bathroom. There are french doors adjacent to the dining table that lead to a private deck with a serene view of the landscape. On the other side of the first floor is the primary suite. As you enter, there is a small office area, a bathroom with soaking tub and tile shower, as well as dual vanities. Through another door the main bedroom features a king bed with french doors leading to a private deck that overlooks the pool area and private stairs leading down to the patio/pool.
Cottage
The cottage is a modern style farmhouse with an open concept space with a comfortable TV area and unique cylindrical fireplace facing out to a beautiful porch and patio beyond. The kitchen features a large kitchen island that offers 4 seats for dining as well. There is a mudroom area and bathroom with tile shower on the other side of the room. The second floor of the cottage offers a large sitting area with TV and sectional sofa as well as doors out to a private balcony and two bedrooms, one queen with an ensuite bathroom and tiled shower, and one king bedroom, ensuite bathroom, high ceilings and a private deck.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
