The kitchen features a large kitchen island that offers 4 seats for dining as well. The design touches in the kitchen compliment the farmhouse feel with exposed wood and farmhouse style sink. There is a mudroom area and bathroom with tile shower on the other side of the room.
Second Floor
The second floor offers a large sitting area with TV and sectional sofa as well as doors out to a private balcony. There are two bedrooms, one queen with an ensuite bathroom and tiled shower. The second bedroom is a larger room with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, high ceilings and a private deck.
Lower Level
The basement offers a single bed, an informal workout area and separate office space.

Tom Nevers beach is a great swimming destination that features a nearby playground and a large open field. Tom Nevers is also home to beautiful south shore beaches and is a favorite spot to fish for striped bass and bluefish in the summertime.
