Situated high on the Quidnet moors and surrounded by nearly 600 acres of conservation land, High Point is an exceptional family compound with a pool, a tennis court, and a pickleball court and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, Sankaty Lighthouse, and Nantucket’s Eastern Shore. High Point has 6BR/6.5BA Main House (sleeps 12) and a 3BR/2.5BA Guest House (sleeps 7). Each house has its own private driveway. The two houses are separated by a dense grove of trees and bushes yet are connected via a discreet garden path. The houses are not rented separately. The Main House has a 15′ x 36′ heated saltwater pool, outdoor spa, lounge patio for 12, outdoor dining for 24, a fire pit, beautifully landscaped lawns, walking trails, & easy access to Ocean and Sesachacha Pond beaches (for surf-casting, sunbathing, swimming, SUP, sailing, & kayaking). High Point also features an easily accessible roof walk with 360-degree views from the ‘high(est) point’ in Quidnet for viewing sunrises, sunsets, meteor showers, and more!
First Floor
The Main House features an inviting chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, living room with fireplace, enclosed dining porch, mud/laundry room, powder room and four guest bedrooms, all ensuite with with Carrera marble floors and countertops. The floor plan is designed to cater to the way we live and entertain today. With over 2100 square feet of finished living space on each floor, there are both large, open spaces to congregate as well as cozy, intimate spaces to get away.
Second Floor
There are two guest bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower bathrooms. The second floor also has two sitting rooms, one with a large screen television. French doors lead out to a deck that overlooks the pool and has gorgeous views of Sankaty Lighthouse and the ocean.
Cottage
The cottage has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and can be accessed either from the Main House via a hidden garden path or from the road via its own separate driveway. The first floor has a large open chef's kitchen, enclosed dining porch, powder room, laundry room and a living room a fireplace. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king bed and a private deck and the other with twin bunk beds. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with double sinks and a combination tub/shower. The second floor has a king bedroom with a large walk in closet, an office with a twin sleeping nook and a shower bathroom with double sinks. The library/living room has French doors that open to a deck that has views of Sankaty Lighthouse and the ocean.

What we like about Quidnet
The ocean is right over Quidnet Pond and offers an endless stretch of nearly uninhabited beaches. Squam is adjacent to Quidnet and shares the same coastline that is known for more gentle waves and some great hiking trails.
