The bluestone patio features an open-air seating area with a fire table, grill, and covered dining space. A stone firepit surrounded by sand and Adirondack chairs adds to the outdoor charm. The property also offers a large cedar outdoor shower, mudroom with laundry, and a Guest Cottage with the same high-end finishes as the main house.

First Floor

Beyond the three-story stair hall is a gourmet kitchen with a large natural stone island with seating for 4 and countless features from a large Wolf Range and Microwave, to Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooling storage. The butler's pantry has both a Nespresso and a drip coffee maker as well as other high-end appliances. The kitchen is stocked with a chef's compliment, and stemware by Riedel. The floor plan is open, where the large dining room is situated next to the kitchen, and the family room follows just past the dining room. There is a two-story fireplace in the cathedral ceiling family room, as well as a concealed 60" television. There is a Sonos/Control4 music system with speakers both inside and outside, which can play your music library directly, or access music services such as Pandora and the like. One of two master bedrooms with a king-size bed is situated on the first floor with direct access to a covered porch off the pool area, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and soaking tub.

Second Floor

The second floor has three bedrooms. The master suite with a king bed has cathedral ceilings and is finished in Shiplap with direct access through French doors to a large outside balcony with seating and spectacular views! Behind a sliding barn door is a walk-in closet with both hanging and shelf space. Across the hall is the master bath with a glass-enclosed shower and deep soaking tub. The second floor has two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with glass-enclosed showers, as well.

Lower Level

For evenings or rainy days, the lower level of ALLEGRA is finished for total entertainment. There is a media room with a 75" screen home theater with Apple TV, Blueray as well as an XBOX. Beyond a 'secret' door is the game room with something for everyone. From a Hudson shuffleboard table, billiard table, Chexx Bubble Hockey, Foosball, and putting green, to an arcade-style Pacman video game. Just past the game room, you can step into the old-style pub "The Listing Pint" surrounded by stone walls and seating for 8 at the bar and side table. There are wall-mounted TVs in both the game room and bar. There is also a fifth bedroom on the lower level with two full-size beds plus two bunk beds above, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.

Cottage

The cottage is finished with the same attention to detail from wide plank French oak floors to high-end appliances. A sitting area is directly next to the Island kitchen, making up the cottage living area (with a pull-out sleeper sofa). There is also a powder room just off the main area. Upstairs is the cathedral ceiling master bedroom and a private balcony with views over the moors and to the Atlantic Ocean. A natural light bedroom with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is located on the lower level, as is a washer and dryer.
