Double french doors open to the large first floor deck and heated and beautifully lit pool and spa.
Second Floor
Walk up a short flight of stairs to a grand living and dining area with walls of windows on both sides of the room for ample and bright east-west light. Enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Living area features new furnishings, fireplace and powder room. New furnished dining area includes seating for 12 that is adjacent to a large renovated kitchen with Wolf Pro Style range and oven and a lunch counter that seats five. Double glass paned doors access a large deck with table for outdoor dining and sweeping views of the nature preserve and ocean. The large master suite features unfettered nature and distant ocean views and separate access to the upper deck with large ensuite master bath including dedicated shower and separate hot tub. The second floor includes a separate loft with a writing desk and roof access to widow's walk featuring breath-taking panoramic views of South Pasture and the Atlantic Ocean.

What we like about Madequecham
Secluded and wild, Madequecham beach can be reached with a drive down dusty Bunker Road. The waves here are sometimes surf-able, other times gentle, and the bluff itself is high enough to act as a natural buffer against off-shore breezes.
