Beyond is the formal dining area with a large table with seating for ten guests, and a door leading to the patio. Passing by the powder room, the hallway leads to the family room with comfortable furnishings and a TV. Nearby is the bar area and beyond is the eat-in kitchen. The kitchen is accented by a center island and a round dining table. Two doors from this space lead to both the patio area, and to the private raised yard area.
Second Floor
Primary suite overlooking historic Orange Street with a king-sized bed, decorative fireplace and a private bathroom with a glass/tile shower and double-sink vanity. Down the hallway is a bedroom overlooking the back patio with a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower. Passing by the first of two laundry areas, the back bedroom has a queen sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower.
Third Floor
The first bedroom has a full-sized bed and peeks of the harbor from the window seat. Across the hallway is a bathroom with a shower. Next door is a bedroom with two twin sized bed and a private bathroom with a shower.
Lower Level
The lower level offers comfortable seating, a TV, reading nook and a secondary laundry area. A powder room completes this level.
