This quaint home was built in the early 1800's and has old day charm with all the modern day conveniences. It is centrally located on the edge of town and is close to the bike path and the bus stop. The home was partially renovated and completely refurbished is 2016. Beautiful patio with a gas grill and new furniture, perfect for outdoor entertaining.
First Floor
Enter in to the front foyer. To the left, find the living room with comfortable seating and a large flat screen television. Straight through the foyer is the dining room with seating for eight, to the left is a small study that overlooks the side yard. The newly renovated kitchen has quartz countertops, an island with seating for three, a farmers sink and Frigidaire appliances. To the left of the kitchen is a full bathroom with a claw foot tub. Behind the kitchen is a back hall with a door to the side yard and outdoor shower. There are two guest bedrooms off the back hall, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed with a single trundle. The two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor
The master bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen television. The second floor bathroom is newly renovated shower bathroom. For the 2018 season there will be an AC split system.
Lower Level
The washers and dryers are in the basement and accessible from the outside bulkhead or inside by ships-ladder stairs. The basement is also great for storing beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers.
