From the covered porch, enter into the open-concept living area, kitchen, and dining area. The living area has comfortable seating with a large flat-screen television and the dining area has seating for six and sliders out to the back porch, yard, and parking area. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a gas range, and island seating for two. A hall at the back of the house has a powder room, a large laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer, and a door out to the back porch and parking area. The primary suite has a king bed, a cathedral ceiling, a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a large tiled glass-enclosed shower.

Second Floor

At the top of the stairs to the left is a bedroom with two twin beds and a newly built dormer for the 2025 season. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king bed and an ensuite shower bathroom, and the other has a queen bed with a door leading to the hallway bathroom with a combination tub/shower.

Lower Level

The lower level has a large family room with comfortable seating with a large flat-screen television, a small den with a desk, and a full bathroom with a combination tub/shower.
